Ohio and Arizona opened recently, so every county in both states is still unclaimed. Outside those three, we run compliant direct mail against the same filings.

We sell one practice area. On purpose.

We used to sell felony and misdemeanor defense alongside DUI. We stopped. Both looked good on paper and neither worked for the firms paying us, so we dropped them and kept the one that does.

The clock is already running

A DUI arrest starts an administrative license deadline measured in days, not months. That deadline does the persuading for you. By the time we reach them, most defendants are not deciding whether to hire a lawyer. They are deciding which one, and they are deciding this week.

They can retain private counsel

Most felony defendants end up with appointed counsel, and a large share of misdemeanor defendants never hire anyone at all. DUI sits in the narrow band where the defendant knows they cannot handle it alone and is in a position to pay for help.

The volume is knowable in advance

DUI filings are published and countable. We can pull your county's monthly filing volume from official records and show you the number before you commit to anything, so you are not buying a territory on faith.

The old way of finding DUI clients is broken.

Traditional client acquisition for DUI defense relies on directory listings, mass mailers, and shared lead networks. We built a different system, one that sends you exclusive defendants who asked to be contacted, while their case is fresh.

The Old Way

Wait for clients to find you.

  • Directory listings (FindLaw, Avvo, Martindale) sit your firm in a list and wait, so you compete with every other listing on the page
  • Lead networks sell the same defendant to several firms, and by the time you call, competitors already have
  • Mass mailers get low response rates and often arrive after defendants have already retained counsel
  • Google LSA puts you in front of broad searches, but most clicks aren't pre-qualified or urgent
  • Bar advertising compliance is on you: every disclosure, every filing, every audit risk
The Docket Flow Way

The client finds you. Fast.

  • We identify newly arrested DUI defendants from public records within hours of booking, while the case is still fresh
  • Defendants who ask to speak with an attorney are exclusively yours: never shared, never resold, never seen by another firm through our system
  • Their details reach your firm within minutes of them raising a hand, so you can call while intent is highest
  • Every defendant has actively asked to be contacted by an attorney. No cold leads, no purchased lists
  • We prepare and file the state bar advertising submissions and keep the audit logs, so you focus on the case

Three states live. Mail beyond that.

Live outreach runs only where we have confirmed the model sits squarely inside that state's attorney advertising and solicitation rules. That keeps the footprint narrow on purpose, and it is why the counties we do serve go quickly. Outside those three, we run compliant direct mail against the same court filings.

We add live-outreach states one at a time, and only after confirming the model complies with that jurisdiction's attorney advertising and solicitation rules. If your state is not listed above, direct mail may still be available. Ask and we will tell you plainly either way.

From arrest to your call list in 24 hours.

A four-step process that turns public DUI filings into consented, exclusive cases for your firm.

01

We monitor the records daily

Automated daily monitoring of public DUI filings and booking records in your county. New arrests are identified within hours, while the defendant is still deciding what to do.

02

We initiate compliant outreach

Each defendant receives compliant written communication within 24 hours of arrest, sent in your firm's name only. Outreach follows your state's specific advertising rules. We handle every disclosure, every disclaimer, every filing.

03

Defendants raise their hand

Defendants who actively ask to speak with an attorney become Hand-Raisers. No cold leads. No purchased lists. No assumed interest.

04

You get the case, instantly

You receive an alert with their name, charge, case number, filing date, and phone number, usually within minutes. You call them directly and they are expecting a lawyer's call. Exclusive to your firm, never shared with competitors.

I've had about 28 Hand-Raisers since May 12. 12 have retained me. So that's not bad.

Quote taken at an earlier check-in, when the totals were 28 and 12. The figures above are the same engagement updated through August 5, 2026. Individual results. Volume and conversion depend on county filing levels, local market conditions, whether a defendant can retain private counsel, and your own intake. What attorneys ask us most.

Is Docket Flow compliant with my state's bar advertising rules?

We run live outreach only in Florida, Ohio, and Arizona, and only because this model sits squarely inside each of those states' attorney advertising and solicitation rules. Direct mail elsewhere is built to that state's rules the same way. We prepare the advertising materials, submit any filing your state requires, and cover the fee. You review and approve everything during onboarding, and you remain the responsible advertising attorney under your bar's rules.

How is this different from FindLaw, Avvo, or Martindale?

Those are directory listings. Your name sits in a list and waits for someone to find it. Docket Flow goes the other direction: we identify recently arrested DUI defendants, reach out compliantly, and send you the ones who ask to speak with an attorney. No browsing, no waiting, no sharing.

What if my state isn't Florida, Ohio, or Arizona?

Live outreach runs in those three states only, because those are where we have confirmed the model sits inside the advertising and solicitation rules. Everywhere else we run compliant direct mail against the same court filings, provided the records carry an address and the state's rules permit it. Mail is slower than live outreach and we will say so, but it reaches the same defendants. Ask about your county and we will tell you honestly whether it works.

Why only DUI?

We used to sell felony and misdemeanor defense as well. Felony defendants mostly end up with appointed counsel, and many misdemeanor defendants never retain anyone, so neither produced results worth what firms were paying. DUI is the category where there is a hard deadline, the defendant knows they need counsel, and they act within days. We would rather sell one thing that works than three that sound good.

What does "exclusive" actually mean?

One law firm per county. Once a firm claims a county, no other firm in that county receives Hand-Raisers from us, and your competitors never see those defendants through our system, for as long as you hold the territory.

How do you handle opt-out requests?

Every outreach we send includes opt-out language. Opt-outs are honored immediately and permanently across our entire system, and those contacts are never messaged again. We maintain audit-ready logs so you can answer any bar inquiry, though you remain the responsible advertising attorney under your state's rules.

Once a county is taken, it comes off the board.

One firm per county. Check your county's availability now and we'll confirm status within 24 hours.
