FindLaw and Scorpion sell you clicks. LSAs sell you shared leads, where the same lead goes to several firms. Docket Flow delivers Hand-Raisers: defendants who asked to speak with an attorney. Exclusive to you, sent with name, charge, case number and phone.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly fee for your county. No per-lead charges, no commissions, no setup fee. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice. What you pay depends on the DUI volume in your county, so we quote it on the call once we have pulled your county's actual filing volume. That way you are looking at a cost per case, not just a number. Your first month is due at signing, but your 30 day cycle does not start until you go live, so the bar review period never comes out of it.
Will my state Bar approve this?
We prepare the advertising materials and, where your state requires a filing, we submit it and cover the fee. You review and approve everything during onboarding. We only operate in states where this model sits squarely inside the attorney advertising rules, which is why our footprint is deliberately narrow. You remain the responsible advertising attorney under your state bar's rules, and we give you the documentation to answer any inquiry.
Why "one firm per county"?
Because if you are competing with three other firms for the same defendants, none of you wins. Exclusivity is structural, not promotional. One firm gets every DUI Hand-Raiser in your county, for as long as you hold it.
How fast do I start receiving Hand-Raisers?
Typical onboarding takes 10 to 14 days: advertising paperwork is prepared and filed, your delivery details are set up, and your county's docket monitoring goes live. Timing depends on your state bar's review. After that, Hand-Raisers flow based on filing volume in your area.
How many Hand-Raisers will I get?
It depends entirely on criminal filing volume in your county, and we will not pretend otherwise. Before you sign anything, we pull the actual filing numbers for your county and walk you through them, so you are deciding on real data rather than a promise. If the volume is not there, we will tell you and we will not sell you the territory.
Do I need a dedicated intake person?
No. Every Hand-Raiser arrives with name, charge, case number and phone number, and the defendant has already asked to speak with an attorney before you ever see them. You are calling someone who is expecting to hear from a lawyer. What matters is calling quickly.
